Onsite child care will be available (at a cost). Please indicate if you would like to arrange childcare or to receive more information. Note: you must register by 31 August 2024 to make arrangements for onsite childcare.
Cancellation policy:
There is no cancellation penalty to switch from in-person to online registration prior to September 30, 2024 (5pm EDT). Requests should be emailed to academyofaphasia12@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued for the difference between the paid amount and the online registration rate in effect on the date the request is made. Changes from in-person to online registration following September 30 will incur an additional $50 penalty to cover the Academy’s financial obligations to the conference and reception venues. Online/virtual registrations permit 30-day access to recorded talks and the online poster hall and are non-refundable.

If you wish to pay by check, please click "close" on the PayPal pop-up window and email academyofaphasia12@gmail.com to make arrangements (you may disregard any "Payment not successful" message). You will not receive a confirmation email until payment is completed.
